Garden Tour Returns June 13 to Showcase Local Beauty and Support Operation Bright Touch

Operation Bright Touch is excited to announce the return of the biennial Garden Tour on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. This year’s tour will once again highlight a variety of beautiful and unique gardens across the Parsons area, giving visitors the opportunity to explore creative outdoor spaces while supporting a meaningful community cause.

Guests will enjoy a self-guided tour featuring seven distinct gardens, each offering its own style, inspiration, and story. From peaceful country retreats and tropical-inspired backyards to historic homes and therapeutic garden spaces, the tour showcases the creativity, dedication, and passion of local gardeners. Whether you are looking for ideas for your own space or simply want to enjoy a relaxing day surrounded by nature, the Garden Tour offers something for everyone.

Tickets for the Garden Tour are $10, and all proceeds go to support Operation Bright Touch, a community initiative dedicated to designing, creating, and maintaining flower beds throughout Parsons. These efforts help enhance the beauty of the community and are made possible by a small group of dedicated volunteers.

Tickets are available now at the Parsons Area Chamber of Commerce office during weekday hours from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm or at the City Water Department. They can also be purchased during Katy Days festivities. Tickets can also be purchased at any of the garden sites during the event. 

Please note that the tour includes gardens only, and homes and restrooms will not be open to the public. Some garden paths may be uneven, so visitors are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear and plan accordingly.
