Pony Express Title, LLC

Sami and Rachel purchased the title company in January of 2025 following the unexpected death of majority owner Jason E. Brinegar. The title company was located at 1114 Broadway.  They purchased 1222 Broadway,  Marysville a 1920's Arts and Crafts home in February, remodeled and officially opened for business at the new location on April 1, 2025. 

Sami - Sami and her husband Brandon live outside of Home, Kansas with their 2 daughters Hadley and Bailey. Brandon is a full-time farmer, volunteer fire fighter and sits on the township board. Brandon, Sami and their girls love to be outside on their farm, touring crops in the gator, and hosting family and friends at their home. Brandon and Sami are both graduates of Marysville Highschool and lifelong Marshall County Residents. Sami is a past board member of the Chamber of Commerce, and a Rotarian with the Marysville Rotary Club and loves being a mom and farm wife. Sami began working in the title industry in 2015, receiving her Title Insurance License in 2016, she began working and became part owner of Pony Express Title in 2020. 

Rachel - 

Hey, I’m Rachel! I’m blessed to work with Sami - my dear friend and co-owner of Pony Express Title. As your title insurance agent, I get to dive into the research and make sure that you have clear title for one of the biggest investments of your life. So, whether you’re buying your new home, commercial or investment property, I’m here to provide peace of mind throughout the process.

I grew up a farm kid in Washington County and loved being outdoors and working with my 4-H livestock. After college, my husband Todd and I chose to move back to rural Kansas to raise our three incredible daughters – Kayenta, Dahlia, and Astoria. We made Marysville our home and appreciate the arts and recreational opportunities it offers, while just being a short jaunt to the nearest dirt road.

I find my happy place soaking up nature. Whether I’m hiking, biking, or just relaxing in a meadow, Mother Nature’s peace overcomes life’s chaos. It’s my goal to help you find peace during your real estate transaction – knowing that you’re always welcome and cared for here at Pony Express Title.

Community involvement is important to me, so I enjoy dedicating time to Marysville Rotary Club, OneMarysville, MHS Site Council, and EUCC Youth Connection. Engaging with and building a stronger community fosters personal connections and a sense of belonging. At Pony Express Title, you are part of our community and we work for you.

We can work anywhere in Kansas, but the majority of our customers are in Marshall County, then Washington and Nemaha counties.
