How Smits Solar HVAC Generated 5 New 5 Star Customer Reviews in 2 Days

Smit's Solar HVAC wanted to convert more of their satisfied customers into Customer Reviews. Traditionally, they would simply wait until a customer went to Facebook, Yelp, or Google on their own to leave a review but this simply didn't happen very often and they wanted a better way.

Locable provides a Customer Reviews Generation tool that simplifies the process for Smit's and Customers while turning more customers into reviews... and, by extension, generating more referrals and clients.

As you can see above, Smit's was able to collect and promote 5 new 5-start reviews in just 2 days.

The customer review collection and promotion process is simple:

  1. Add a customer name and email address to request a review
  2. An email is sent asking for feedback and requesting a review from satisfied customers
  3. Reviews can appear on your website using our various free embeddable tools

That's it!

In this case, 15 review requests were sent which took about 10-minutes. Ultimately, 6 reviews were collected.

Smit's highlights reviews on their homepage, each review is clickable and has its own page. This means you can share it to social media or email plus Google sees it as unique content.

If you look at the code, we actual include Schema Microdata to tell Google that the content is a review, has a 5-star maximum, and that the review itself has 5-stars.

Collecting and promoting customer reviews are a critical component of local marketing.

Reviews obviously show potential customers what prior customers think of you, the work you've done, and their overall satisfaction but they do much more than that.

These customer reviews can help you rank higher in Google and search engines in general.

Not only does the review represent content that Google indexes (that is, reads and keeps track of) but it's in customers own words.
