Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening for Jordan Valley Community Health Center - Buffalo, MO

CoxHealth and Jordan Valley Partnership

The Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting on Friday, October 3, 2025, for the Grand Opening of the Jordan Valley Community Health Center in Buffalo, formerly the CoxHealth Clinic.

Earlier this year, CoxHealth and Jordan Valley Community Health Center entered into a partnership wherein Jordan Valley took over operations of the Buffalo Clinic at 119 N. Ash St.

Jordan Valley Community Health Center was founded in 2003 and is Missouri’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center, with 10 clinics serving Southwest Missouri.

Clinic Services

Jordan Valley has plans to expand services at the Buffalo Clinic in the future. However, at this time, the Buffalo clinic will provide the following services:

- Adult and Family Medicine

- Dental

- Chronic Disease Management

- Same-Day Sick Visits

Monday - Thursday  8 AM - 5 PM

Friday  8 AM - Noon
