Sammi Creach

Highly educated, secure job in nursing administration, happy family, but not fulfilled. Always a go-getter, and achieved a lot, but knew there was more out there for me.

My passion- help you uncover the part of you inside that wants to dream and create a bigger life. Expand your vision for your future and for your family. Find what makes you happy and fulfilled, and how you can make a difference/impact. I'm here to help you break down those walls, dream bigger, and step into who you know you're meant to be.

I wasn't always this way. In high school I was the captain of the cheerleading squad, but I walked to class alone. I was a stellar procrastinator and under-achiever. I didn't know what I wanted, who I was, or what direction I wanted to take after school. I was incredibly insecure, and never allowed myself to feel accepted. I had friends, but kept everyone at arm's length.

College was a hodgepodge of a little bit of class time, working at a restaurant and a bank, and Thursday night bottomless cups. It wasnt until I moved back home and had my first son that I decided to enter the nursing field.

In the nursing field, there is a common saying of "nurses eat their young". It's so true that a friend in grad school had it tattooed across her chest! Coming from the "do this" instead of "let's do this" workplace, I learned that was not the type of leader I wanted to be. In my organization, you have the community and support so we can all be successful together.

History

Founded in 2013

In 2013 I was an overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated RN. I had two Masters degrees and worked in nursing administration for a nationally owned care facility. I made decent money, but still usually ran out the week of payday. Every Sunday afternoon I would start dreading the next day, knowing I would restart the week of no sleep, too much caffeine and sugar, exhausting work, and no fulfillment.

A friend came into work with a new happiness and smaller pant size, so I asked her what she was doing. She told me about this pink drink and some gut health capsules. I'll be honest, gut health was nowhere on my radar. Honestly, through all of my schooling, it was a topic we never addressed. I just wanted to lose weight and have some energy.

I tried the products and quickly found that my laundry list of ailments was getting shorter and shorter. Like most of us, I naturally share things that I like, so I shared with the physical therapy department at work. When I told them what had changed for me, and how great I was feeling, they wanted to try it. That was my lightbulb moment.

I did some research on the business side of these products, and decided it was a good fit. I have the knack of getting myself signed up for things, use them a couple times, and then never go back (ahem, the two times I bought a year gym membership and went for two months and quit..). This wasnt one of those things.

Now sure, I did all the wrong things when I first started my business. I posted too much on social media, and I'd get so excited that I would share EVERYTHING I knew about Plexus up to that point. I lovingly named it "puking Plexus". It truly was an accidental business. I learned that the business works because the products work.

Through my journey since 2013, I have become a student all over again. I love leading, coaching, and empowering other women to challenge their vision for their future. I consider myself a professional brand ambassador in the social selling industry.

I am always learning through podcasts, masterminds, retreats, and books. I am certainly not the same person I was in 2013, and I thank my business for that. It's forced me to get clarity on who I am, what I want, and what I want the future for my family to look like. It's been some hard lessons, ugly tears, resistance to change....but I wouldnt change any of it. It's all been a part of my growth journey.

I've heard it said that this industry is personal development with a paycheck attached to it. It's the most true thing I've ever heard! My passion is to help you dig deep to find out what drives you, knock down those roadblocks, and expand your vision of what is possible for you.

Since being in business, my narrow vision for my life became vastly wider. There were more opportunities and options than I had ever seen. Things I never thought possible were becoming my reality. My second year in business I was a six figure earner. I earned the company car, and my husband and I were sent to Hawaii for a week. The income was more than I could have made in the nursing field.  All the perks are fantastic, but the real golden nugget is how much I have learned and grown.

I have the ability to coach and empower you to create your vision. To help you dream bigger. To leave your job and stay home with your family. To sell it all and hit the road full time in an RV. Whatever success is to you, I will help you get there.

My biggest accomplishment is seeing others in my organization succeed, whatever your definition of that is.
