Cathryn Hartwell is the heart of WindChime. She had been managing three of my rental properties in Orange and Durham Counties, and I elected to follow her to WindChime when she left the previous management company. Cathryn is a congenial person who pays attention to getting things done. Most importantly, my tenants like her, which of course, makes business go smoothly. She is also bilingual which has proven when Ito be essential in working with a Spanish-speaking family who rent one of my houses. I trust Cathryn to keep things going when I’m out of town.
