It was closed on a Monday. We didn't get to go in. Very disappointing as it would have been a nice stop for the grandkids. The owner explained why they were closed. Got back to me right a way. With customer service like that I will change my review. I can't comment on the carousel only the customer service.

Response from Story City Greater Chamber Connection Dan sorry that we missed you. When school goes back in session it also means our staff is unavailable. We are open in the fall till the end of September Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm-4pm. I would be happy to send you some passes to come back for a visit.
