From cheerful parades to spirited shopping days and live music, there’s something for everyone to enjoy over the next several weeks. Mark your calendars and join us as we celebrate the magic of the season across our downtown and local venues!
🎄 November Events
📅 November 20 — Holiday Season KickOff Help us welcome the start of the festive season! Enjoy an evening of shopping and community connection during Sip & Shop Around Downtown from 4–7pm. Local businesses will be offering specials and warm hospitality to kick off the holidays in style. 📅 November 28 — Black Friday & Shop Local Day Skip the big-box rush and support the heartbeat of our community—our local shops! Enjoy Black Friday sales while celebrating independent businesses during this special “Shop Local” holiday event. 📅 November 29 — Small Business Saturday Continue your support for local entrepreneurs with Small Business Saturday. Stay for a treasured community tradition: the Annual Chamber Memorial Wreath Lighting at 4pm, a meaningful event honoring loved ones during the holiday season.🎅 December Events
📅 December 6 — A Classic Christmas Downtown transforms into a nostalgic holiday wonderland from 11am–8pm with Classic Christmas festivities. 🎉 Don’t miss the beloved Christmas Parade at 5pm, a highlight for families and visitors alike. 📅 December 6 — Uptown Alley Music Enjoy an afternoon of live music at Uptown Alley from 2–5pm:Michael Hollingsworth (2–3pm) Simply Leland (3–5pm)
This is the perfect way to soak in some holiday cheer and support local artists. 📅 December 13 — Ford Community Center Holiday Celebration Join us for a full day of festivities at the Ford Community Center!
2pm — Stanton Holiday Parade
3–6pm — Holiday Celebration, featuring fun, family-friendly activities and seasonal entertainment.
