Veterans Day Flag Planting in Central Park

Join Main Street Mason City on Tuesday, November 11th at 10:00 AM as we honor our veterans with the planting of American flags around the Veterans Memorial in Central Park. Veterans, families, and community members are invited to take part in this meaningful tribute.

Immediately following, the Mason City Veterans Memorial Association will host their annual Veterans Day Ceremony beginning at 10:45 AM at Central Park. The ceremony will include the reading of the proclamation presented by Mayor Bill Schickel at the November 4th City Council meeting, followed by a moment of silence and the playing of taps.
