Tree of Life ~ Mercy One North Iowa Hospice

On Thursday – December 18^th at 6 PM at The Music Man Square, MercyOne North Iowa Hospice invites you to remember loved ones or honor those still with us at our Tree of Life program. Each light on the tree is a beautiful symbol of the love and memories we cherish. The evening will include a special Tree of Life lighting ceremony and recognition of those being remembered and honored.

Requested names must be received by Friday - December 12. After receiving your donation, a holiday ornament will be mailed to you.  Please note, your loved one does not need to have been a hospice patient to be remembered and honored.
