March Cooking Class w/ Chef Beto

Come to Roots Nutrition Counseling on Thursday – March 12^th for the March Cooking Class w/ Chef Beto!  Enjoy a delicious variety of Caribbean small bites that are perfect for parties or even a light meal.  Class starts at 6 PM.

We’re excited to have Healthy Harvest of North Iowa in attendance to teach us aout ways we can find ingredients locally!  Attendees will receive the recipe and a meal of their own to enjoy during the event.  Feel free to bring your own drink & wine is fine!
