Clear Lake Auto Social Society's Annual Car Cruise

Get ready for a weekend full of chrome, cruising, and classic rock during the Clear Lake Auto Social Society's (CLASS) Annual Car Show & Summer Dance Cruise! This two-day celebration of vintage vehicles and vibrant community spirit takes place in scenic Clear Lake, Iowa, and features a car cruise, live concerts, and one of the area's premier car shows.

Friday, August 7th: Car Cruise & Concert:  Kick off the weekend with a classic car Meet & Greet and line up from 3 PM to 5 PM at North 20^th Street (behind the Best Western Hotel.)  Food vendors will be onsite.  Cruise leaves at 5 PM.  First in – First Out.  The cost is $10 per car and includes 2 tickets to the Surf concert.

Saturday, August 8th:  Car Show & Summer Dance:  Begin your day with registration and vehicle classification from 8:00–11:30 AM at Clear Lake High School, then roll into downtown Clear Lake for the Show & Shine around City Park from noon to 3:00 PM.

• Awards Ceremony at 3:00 PM at the City Park Bandshell

• $500 awarded for Best of Show

• Top 3 trophies across 28 classes

• Dash plaques for the first 500 vehicles

Enjoy music and activities throughout the day, then stick around for a free Summer Dance with The Sweety Nuthins performing from 6:30–10:00 PM at the Bandshell.
