Join us October 31 from 4–6 PM and trick-or-treat your way through Old Ellicott City! Stop by your favorite Main Street merchants for Halloween treats along the way.

Start at Tiber Park with Kiewit
Visit the Howard County Fire Department at La Palapa
Finish at Phoenix and The Wine Bin with the Howard County Police Department

Come in costume, bring your candy bag, and get ready for a fun-filled afternoon on Main Street!
