Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203 a 21-day notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Brownsville on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Brownsville City Hall Community Room. The hearing will be held in order to receive public input on the following:

 

·         AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF BROWNSVILLE MUNICIPAL ZONING MAP REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON ANDERSON AVENUE FROM R-1A (MEDIUM DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY) AND GC (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO MU-RC1 (MIXED USE RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL) FURTHERLY DESCRIBED AS TAX PARCELS 049.06 AND 049.7 (OWNED BY GREEN DREAMS HOLDING LLC), HAYWOOD COUNTY TAX MAP 074

 

Full copies of the above-mentioned Ordinance may be viewed at the City Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
