Public Hearing Haywood Next Future Land Use Plan Amendment Ordinance

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 13-4-202(c) and 13-3-304(b)(1), the City of Brownsville Board of Mayor and Aldermen does hereby give a thirty (30) - day notice of a public hearing to be held within the Brownsville City Hall Community Room on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the following proposed ordinance:

 

·         An ordinance to amend the Haywood Next Future Land Use Plan dated March 2024 prepared by LRK, Incorporated along with all maps included therein as it pertains within the corporate limit and planning region boundaries of the City of Brownsville, Tennessee amended by the Brownsville Municipal / Regional Planning Commission and certified to the City of Brownsville Board of Mayor and Aldermen on August 28, 2025

 

Full copies of the above-mentioned Ordinance may be viewed at the City Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
