NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 13-4-202 and 13-3-303, the Brownsville Municipal-Regional Planning Commission does hereby give a thirty (30)- day notice of a public hearing to be held within the Brownsville City Hall Community Room on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a resolution to amend the Brownsville Future Land Use Map / Plan found within the adopted Haywood Next Future Land Use Plan dated March 2024 prepared by LRK, Inc.  Copies of the proposed resolution may be viewed within the Brownsville City Hall located at 15 E. Main Street.
