NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203 a 21-day notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Brownsville on September 9, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Brownsville City Hall Community Room. The hearing will be held in order to receive public input on the following:

 

·         An Ordinance to amend the Municipal Zoning Ordinance of Brownsville, Tennessee amending Section 1.06, Design Review Guidelines, Letter (C) Guidelines, Letter (c) Design Standards for R-2 (Medium Density Residential), R-3 (High Density Residential) R-TH (Town House Residential), NC (Neighborhood Commercial), GC (General Commercial), MPO (Medical Professional Office), CB (Central Business), MU (Mixed Use) and MU-RC1 (Mixed Use Residential Commercial) Districts

 

Full copies of the above-mentioned Ordinances may be viewed at the City Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
