Haywood High School proudly honored our very own Lieutenant/SRO Nigel Peeples of the Brownsville Police Department during the 9/11 ceremony. Lt. Peeples served with distinction during Operation Enduring Freedom, and we are grateful for his service and dedication. 
Thank you, Lt. Peeples, for your bravery and commitment to our country and community. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our first responders and military members for their sacrifice and service.
