Public notice is hereby given that the Brownsville Municipal Regional Planning Commission meeting will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 15 East Main Street, Brownsville, TN 38012.  The following items will be discussed on the agenda:

B.         Review of the Green Dream Holdings LLC Zoning Map Amendment regarding Tax Parcels 049.06 & 049.07, Haywood County Tax Map 074 located Anderson Avenue from R-1A (Medium Density Residential Single Family) and GC (General Commercial) to MU-RC1 (Mixed Use Residential Commercial)
