CURFEW IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY

 In light of the recent tragic events in our community, the Brownsville Police Department is enforcing the citywide curfew effective immediately.

 Curfew hours apply to all individuals under the age of 18:

 • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

• Friday–Sunday: 11:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

 This curfew will be rigorously upheld. Parents, we encourage you to be aware of your children's whereabouts at all times and ensure they return home before curfew starts. The safety of our community and youth is our utmost priority.
