In an effort to reduce cost, abuse and improve the cleanliness of the City, the City of Brownsville is in the process of replacing all open business dumpsters with locked, controlled-access dumpsters.

Business owners will be provided with combination locks by the City. If you need a dumpster combination, please contact the Public Works Office at (731) 772-9978. A City representative will come to your place of business and provide the combination for the dumpster located closest to your business.

We respectfully ask all businesses to use the dumpster combinations for business purposes only and to help prevent abuse and illegal dumping in dumpster areas.

Thank you for your cooperation as we work together to keep our City clean and safe.
