Chamber Coffee: Cultivating Connection at Johnson County Community College

Tuesday morning brought networking, conversation, and coffee to the Fine Arts & Design Studio building at Johnson County Community College. Sponsored by JCCC Workforce Development & Continuing Education, attendees got the chance to learn about the various educational opportunities JCCC offers, what classes are taught in the FADS building, and view student projects.

JCCC Workforce Development & Continuing Education offers non-credit classes and workshops to gain more knowledge in a variety of different fields. While the classes won't earn you college credit, they may offer certificates, continuing education credits, or licensures. Liz Albers, Business Liaison Consultant for JCCC Workforce Development & Continuing Education, gave an overview on the different classes that JCCC offers in the FADS building from pottery, fashion, art, and even jewelry making.
