Autumn Leaf Peeping Tours return September 27

Experience the beauty of fall firsthand with the Autumn Leaf Peeping Tours at Briggs Woods Park on Saturday, September 27, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. As Iowa’s trees transform into brilliant shades of red, orange, yellow, purple, and brown, this program offers a perfect way to celebrate the changing season.

The afternoon begins with a brief presentation on the natural processes that trigger the trees’ colorful transformation. Following the talk, guests will board the people mover for a guided ride through the park to enjoy views of autumn’s vibrant landscapes.

Tour Departures: 4:00, 4:30, and 5:00 p.m.

Capacity: Limited to 75 participants (25 per ride)
