Cory Elbert Contracting is a licensed Iowa contractor with a hands on approach to every project. The business manages jobs from start to finish, including site prep, excavation, demolition, new construction, post frame buildings, and roofing. Crews work closely together to solve problems in real time and ensure quality work from beginning to end. Cory Elbert Contracting is known for reliability, follow through, and a strong commitment to supporting the local community.

Cory Elbert Contracting started with Cory being a guy who knows a lot of guys. He worked for his father in his teens and early twenties, learning the trade, building relationships, and understanding how job sites really work. He later branched off and started CEC with just himself and a small crew.

What set Cory apart early on was how he treated people. He built strong crews by treating them well, keeping work steady, and delivering results. Those relationships grew into a network of over 70 + crew members, allowing CEC to take on projects from the ground up.
