The Palo Alto County Community Foundation is your partner in creating a stronger Palo Alto County. PACCF inspires meaningful change by helping develop strong, sustainable nonprofit organizations and connecting generous people to these organizations, creating communities where everyone thrives. The foundation is led by a local board of local volunteers including Alex Bleuer, Sydney Bleuer, J.R. Brown, Stacy Brugman, Carla Firkins, Michael Jacobson, Cindy Magee, and Donald Miller.

The Palo Alto County Community Foundation is making an impact in our local communities. Today, PACCF has 31 different funds in the county. At the end of 2024, PACCF had $970,111 total net assets and growing!

Everyone can make a difference in the community they love. PACCF offers flexible giving opportunities via the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa to create customized charitable solutions that connect you to the causes you are passionate about. PACCF works closely with you and your professional advisor to identify your priorities and turn your philanthropic vision into an inspired plan of action.
