Lemonade Days Returns with Sweet Savings Across Emmetsburg

Get ready to sip, shop, and save during Lemonade Days, taking place Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18 in Emmetsburg! Hosted by the Emmetsburg Chamber of Commerce, this annual summer shopping event invites residents and visitors to explore local businesses offering exclusive sidewalk sales, discounts, lemonade stands, special treats, and family-friendly activities throughout the community. Shoppers can also enter for a chance to win $50 in Chamber Bucks with any purchase at participating businesses during the event.

*HOMEBREWERS NEEDED* 10th Annual Homebrew Competition - Saturday, August 8

The Emmetsburg Chamber of Commerce is looking for talented homebrewers to compete in the 10th Annual BrewFest Homebrew Competition during BestFest on Saturday, August 8. Whether you're an experienced brewer or looking to showcase your favorite recipe for the first time, this is your chance to share your craft with the community, receive feedback from attendees and professional brewmasters, and compete for cash prizes, stainless steel growler awards, and a Brewmaster's Pick prize valued at more than $100. Registration is $20 per brew before August 1 ($25 for late entries), and competitors will pour samples for the public from 3:00–6:00 p.m. If you've been waiting for the perfect opportunity to put your homebrew to the test, BrewFest is the place to do it! BestFest 2026 - Saturday, August 8th

The Emmetsburg Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome the community back for BestFest on Saturday, August 8, a full day of activities, entertainment, and fun for all ages. This annual celebration brings together residents and visitors for a variety of events, including local vendors, live music, family activities, food and drinks, and the highly anticipated 10th Annual BrewFest featuring Iowa breweries, wineries, distilleries, and the Homebrew Competition. Chamber Coffee & Ribbon Cutting at Colorful Language Speech Therapy

Colorful Language Speech Therapy celebrated its grand opening with a Chamber Coffee and Ribbon Cutting hosted by the Emmetsburg Chamber of Commerce on Friday, July 10. After officially opening on July 1, owner Jodi Ward welcomed Chamber members, community leaders, friends, and family to the practice at 2110 11th Street in Emmetsburg. Guests enjoyed refreshments, toured the new facility, and learned more about the personalized speech and language therapy services offered. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked an exciting milestone for the new business and highlighted the Chamber's commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and celebrating new opportunities within the Emmetsburg community.
