Adventure Awaits: Bullhead City's Best Trails
When the desert meets the Colorado River, you get trails that feel effortless and unforgettable. Bullhead City is packed with paths that roll past river beaches, parks, memorials, and wide-open views. It is the kind of place where a morning stroll can turn into a full day of exploring without ever losing sight of the water.
The star of the scene is the Colorado River Heritage Greenway Trail System, offering more than forty miles in and around Bullhead City. You can hop on at Rotary Park, Veterans Memorial Park, the Colorado River Nature Center, Davis Camp, and Gary Keith Civic Center Park. Many sections are paved and friendly for families and wheels, while a few are natural surface for a true desert feel. Benches and ramadas appear right where you want a break, and the river breeze does the rest.
