Discover Rotary Park: Where Competition Meets the Colorado River

Set along the sparkling Colorado River, Rotary Park is the heart of recreation in Bullhead City, a place where athletes, families, and outdoor lovers all come together. With more than 300 acres of fields, courts, trails, and riverfront views, it’s easy to see why this park has become a showcase for sports tourism in the Southwest.

A Premier Destination for Tournaments

Rotary Park is built for big moments. With seven baseball and softball fields designed for competitive play, plus two additional fields at nearby Ken Fovargue Park, it’s ready to host teams from across the region. The park’s 50 acres of lighted soccer fields, including a 250-seat championship stadium, make it a favorite for large soccer tournaments, while 12 outdoor pickleball courts and two tennis courts serve up plenty of friendly competition.  Reach out to our Parks Superintendent, Dave Heath, to book your next sports tournament at Rotary Park.

Visitors will also find lighted outdoor basketball courts, a BMX bike park, and an 18-hole newly upgraded disc golf course that attracts players from around the country. Between games, athletes can cool off or unwind with a riverside stroll, a picnic under the ramadas, or a quick stop at one of the park’s three snack bars and nine restroom areas for easy convenience.

Bullhead City is built for adventure. Check out the ride on our YouTube Channel, and subscribe to see more ways families, athletes, and visitors make memories in our parks.

River and Recreation

Rotary Park offers some of the best ways to enjoy the Colorado River without ever leaving town. Visitors can launch a boat from one of two ramps, including a non-motorized launch perfect for kayaks and paddleboards, or cast a line from the fishing pier. A 3.2-mile paved trail loop winds along the water, inviting walkers, runners, and cyclists to take in sunrise and sunset views over the river.

Between adventures, you’ll find shaded picnic ramadas, riverfront gathering spots, and even an outdoor amphitheater with a ramada and fire pit, perfect for community events or live performances.

For Pets & Families

Rotary is as welcoming for families and four-legged friends as it is for athletes. The park features three playground areas, open green spaces, and a large dog park where pets can run freely. We are excited about our newly opened Sandy Toes Dog Beach, a riverfront stretch designed for dogs to splash, swim, and play.

Families can enjoy the shade, the breeze, and the laughter of kids and pets all in one place. Guests are encouraged to follow posted guidelines to help keep this riverfront gem safe and enjoyable for everyone.

More to Explore

Rotary Park is full of surprises beyond its sports fields and beaches. Visitors can discover:
• Two RC tracks, one off-road and one paved, and an RC aircraft runway for radio-controlled enthusiasts
• A lighted skate park and outdoor fitness court
• Beach volleyball courts, shaded bocce courts, and horseshoe pits for casual fun
• Three large event ramadas perfect for gatherings, festivals, or team celebrations

Rotary Park isn’t just Bullhead City’s biggest park; it’s a destination in itself. In one visit, you can watch a championship game, paddle the Colorado, take in a live concert, walk the trails, and still have time to relax by the water. It’s a place where competition meets connection, where families, athletes, and travelers come to experience the best of Bullhead City.

If you’re planning a tournament or event, Rotary Park has the space, amenities, and riverfront scenery to make it a standout experience. Reach out to our Parks Superintendent, Dave Heath, to book your tournament, or click here to book a shaded ramada for your next gathering.
