KC Employers: Share Your Workforce Needs
As part of the KC Regional Workforce Alliance, we are working to collect employer input that can help identify and address workforce needs across the Kansas City region. Please click the video URL to see a short message from Mayor Pro Tem Ryana Parks-Shaw
The Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, the KC Chamber, Civic Council of Greater Kansas City, and the KC Regional Workforce Alliance are asking employers like you to complete a regional workforce survey. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes and will help identify:
- Critical roles and hiring needs over the next 12 months
- Challenges related to hiring, retention, and skills gaps
- Opportunities for collaboration, including internships, work-based learning, and upskilling
