Special Invitation to attend a program- Give a Damn: The Catalyst for Caring Companies

The North Kansas City Business Council is offering a particularly timely program at our August 27 luncheon that could provide real value to business owners and leaders in our community.

Justin Ricklefs, founder and CEO of Guild Collective and author of Give a Damn: The Catalyst for Caring Companies, will share practical ways leaders can build stronger teams, improve employee retention, and create better customer experiences—without adding to their budgets or creating more layers of management.

Justin brings a strong Northland connection to the program. He owns a business in Liberty, graduated from Oak Park High School, and has built a nationwide career as an author and consultant following leadership roles with Learfield Communications and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Attendees will leave with:

• Practical strategies they can begin using immediately

• A framework for identifying and addressing workplace issues that may be driving away valuable employees

• A personal assessment and action plan for strengthening leadership and company culture

• A complimentary signed copy of Justin’s new book, Give a Damn

The North Kansas City Business Council is pleased to extend their NKCBC member rate of $35—a $10 savings—to members of the Riverside Area Chamber of Commerce.
