Downtown Pottstown Streetscape Plan by Simone Collins Landscape & Drury & Seiler Architecture

A Planning Grant was given to Pottstown Area Economic Development (PAED) by Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development DCED – LSA program for the Borough Of Pottstown Downtown Streetscape Plan. “PAED is humbled by the confidence in Pottstown and PAED demonstrated on a regular basis by our state elected officials, Rep. Joe Ciresi and Senator Tracy Pennycuick. The funds will be used to help develop a comprehensive plan to improve Pottstown’s streetscape, including strategies to beautify vacant storefronts, design outdoor areas for recreation and social gatherings, and give the walking corridor a safe and welcoming atmosphere.”..

Simone Collins Landscape Architecture & Seiler + Drury Architecture held a series of information sessions August 2025 to December 2025. A sample of items that Simone Collins is researching and presenting on:
