Calling All Food Vendors: Join York Harvestfest 2026

If you're a food vendor looking to be part of a beloved Maine seasonal favorite—where crowds gather each fall to celebrate local flavor, community, and tradition—we'd love to hear from you.

The York Region Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for Harvestfest food vendors for the 41st Annual Harvestfest, taking place Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9am to 4pm in York Beach, Maine. Learn more. 

As one of the premier fall festivals in Maine, Harvestfest attracts thousands of visitors to York Beach each October for local shopping, live entertainment, family activities, and, of course, incredible food.

Seeking a Variety of Food Vendors

We're seeking a variety of vendors to help create an unforgettable festival experience. Whether you operate a food cart, concession trailer, pop-up kitchen, or specialty food booth, we'd love to connect.

Please note: Due to space constraints, full-size food trucks cannot be accommodated. However, food carts, concession carts, small concession trailers, and other compact mobile food vendors are welcome.

Vendor Requirements

Food vendors will receive a 10' by 10' space and are responsible for providing:

• Tent or canopy
• Serving setup and table
• Required licenses and insurance
