10 Days to Banquet!

Here is a little of what you can expect during the event on February 27 at Son Wray Ranch.

"CHEERS to Trivia - Where everybody knows your game." 

You can expect a relaxed, welcoming, corner pub vibe to enjoy your evening...while competing in some cutthroat trivia and other fun competitions!

First, come for cocktail hour - Doors open at 5pm!  Enjoy pre-dinner drinks, find a seat, shoot some pool, score at shuffle board, and mingle with guests before we kick the evening off EARLY with our "Best Seat in the House" Auction!

You will get the chance to bid on an immediate upgrade for your evening experience by being the highest bidder for the "Best Seat in the House!"  This prize includes...

• Immediate upgrade for your entire table (6-8 guests)
• Fancy Swag and Specialty Snacks
• Engaging and Entertaining Decor
• Individual Service for your Dining Pleasure, AND
• First in Line Privileges for the All You Can Eat Potato Bar

This prize will be auctioned off BEFORE the official event start time of 6pm, so be sure to check-in early for your chance to win this upgrade.

As the evening progresses, along from celebrating the Hesston Chamber Business and Citizen of the Year, you will enjoy an All You Can Eat Potato Bar from Rent the Chef, and a cash bar provided by Plum Street Cottage. Drink tickets can be pre-purchased when you RSVP for seats online, or you can pay at the bar for your drinks that night.

We want you to sit back, relax and enjoy the evening as you would with old friends at the corner pub.  But don't get too comfortable - you'll want to be on your A game as our entertainer for the evening, The Dave Lewis, takes the stage to bring out your competitive side!  From bar trivia, to interactive games, to his signature DJ Bingo Party, the night will be alive with energy, laughter, and ultimate bragging rights!

Speaking of bragging rights - be prepared to fight to the dollar in order to win some additional immediate event upgrades throughout the evening!  The "Best Seat in the House" isn't the only upgrade you can win to boast in front of your friends, who knows what surprises we will have up our sleeves, but here is one more example to get you clamoring to come - you can bid on a dessert cart served EXCLUSIVELY to your table with some fabulous cheesecake and wine selections!

And last but not least, you will want to be prepared for our final auction of the night - an Exclusive VIP Team Experience at the Hesston Chamber Golf Classic on June 19th.
