An Invitation from the Hesston Chamber Board

Dear Hesston Chamber and Community Members,

On behalf of the Hesston Chamber Board, we are thrilled to invite you to join us for one of our favorite evenings of the year—the Hesston Chamber Annual Banquet, happening Friday, February 27th at Son Wray Ranch. This is always a special night to celebrate our community, and this year promises to be one of the most memorable yet.

Our theme, “Cheers to Trivia – Where Everybody Knows Your Game,” sets the tone for a relaxed, welcoming evening with the vibe of a cozy corner pub—good food, great company, and just enough friendly competition to keep things lively. Whether you come ready to dominate trivia or simply to cheer on your tablemates, you can expect plenty of laughs and connection throughout the night. Trivia will be hosted by Dave Lewis of Manhattan, Kansas, bringing his signature energy and humor to the competition.

A highlight of the evening is recognizing the people who make Hesston such a great place to live and work. We will honor our Business of the Year and Citizen of the Year, and we invite you to be part of the process by submitting nominations. This is a meaningful way to celebrate those who go above and beyond for our community, and we encourage you to take a moment to nominate someone deserving.

We’re also excited to welcome back Rent the Chef, who will be serving an all-you-can-eat potato bar paired with a beautiful dessert charcuterie spread. To round out the evening, the wonderful team from Plum Street Cottage will be on hand with cold beer and signature cocktails. Drink tickets may be pre-purchased in sets of two for $15, or beverages will be available via cash bar during the event.

And of course—let’s talk about the auction and upgrades. Throughout the evening, you’ll have the chance to bid on exclusive experiences and event upgrades designed to make your night even more memorable, all while supporting economic development initiatives in Hesston. Be sure to arrive early for cocktail hour, when we’ll auction off “The Best Seat in the House.” This coveted upgrade includes prime seating, special extras, and first-in-line privileges for you and your entire table—bragging rights included.

Tickets are $75 per person, and seating is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot soon. Sponsorships are also available and truly are the best way to experience the evening, offering special treatment, recognition, and prime seating while supporting the important work of the Hesston Chamber.
