BIG Changes to Chamber Newsletter!

At the Chamber we have been working hard to UPGRADE our communications and marketing tools not only for our office use, but for YOU - Our Members as well! This March, we will be converting our Newsletter to integrate with our new website and cross-promotional tool, Locable.

SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

As a Reader - NOT MUCH! Your subscription to our emails will remain the same, but please be sure to mark the email address news@hesstonchamber.org NOT SPAM, or add it to your contact list.

As a Content Submitter - JUST a little MUCH. You will need to submit all newsletter content through our new portal, Locable. Each of members already has a profile built into the system, you just need to claim it. Then when you add events, blog posts, special offers or job listings, we can instantly add those to our newsletter. AND the content shared is much more dynamic and interactive with images, captions, links, and more embedded in each item.

WE WANT YOU TO BE READY!

In order for you to be ready for this new change, ALL TUESDAYS in March, the Chamber office will be open for come and go Locable trainings from 10am-3pm. Pick a Tuesday, pick a time, BRING YOUR LAPTOP, and stop in at the Chamber office (110 E. Smith St.), and we will walk you through claiming your profile and submitting your first newsletter content right there on the spot. We have already had over a dozen members engage in these trainings as we were launching the program, and now we are rolling them out to the entire membership this month.
