2026 Homecoming Parade Entry Form

The time has come!  You all have been CLAMOURING to get your hands on this form and HERE IT IS!

JOIN THE HOME SWEET HESSTON HOMECOMING PARADE!

Parade entries are free, but registration is required!  Please review all information and instructions included in the registration form.

JOIN THE PARADE

- Parade line-up will be at Kingdom Life Ministries at (Ridge & Hickory) at 5:30pm. 

- Participant Parking at High School Stadium!! ALL HIGH SCHOOL ENTRIES - and any adult entries that wish may have individuals park their cars at the High School Stadium Parking Lot.  Students/Adults may board your float at the Stadium and then drive to KLM to line up.  This will greatly decrease car traffic and parking at KLM during the parade line-up.

-ALL Parade entry line-up instructions are to be followed with no exceptions. 

- NO SMOKING during parade line-up, on floats/trailers, or along the parade route.

-Parade order is determined when you arrive and is final.

-Judging of the entries for those who wish to participate will occur along the parade route in front of Hesston Mennonite Church

-The City of Hesston, Hesston Chamber of Commerce, Home Sweet Hesston planning committee and its directors, paid personnel and volunteers are not responsible for security, inclement weather, loss or damage to property, injury or accidents of any kind.  

FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVED, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS* TO THE FOLLOWING:

- All vehicles (trucks, trailers, tractors, golf carts, bikes, horses, etc.) entering the parade line MUST check-in at the KLM South Ridge Drive, receive their entry number, and proceed to line up AS DIRECTED.

- Pedestrian Drop off location will be at the KLM North Ridge Drive. Please follow the one-way directions when making drop-offs. 

- There will be NO ACCESS for drop-off or parade entries at the KLM Hickory Drive. This is reserved for entries entering the parade only.

Participant Parking at High School Stadium!!ALL HIGH SCHOOL ENTRIES - and any adult entries that wish may have individuals park their cars at the High School Stadium Parking Lot.  Students/Adults may board your float at the Stadium and then drive to THE SOUTH DRIVE AT KLM to line up.  This will greatly decrease car traffic and parking at KLM during the parade line-up. THANK YOU!!

- ALL ENTRIES WILL LINE UP ON A FIRST-COME BASIS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTIFIED OTHERWISE BY CHAMBER STAFF

- ALL Parade Participants will follow chamber volunteer instructions. at all times during the line-up process and parade proceedings.

*Out of concern for the safety of all parade participants and spectators, If your group does not follow the listed guidelines, you will be at risk of having your ability to participate in future parades revoked.
