A. Consider approving the October 15 Pre-Agenda Meeting Minutes and the October 19 Regular Meeting Minutes. (E. Campbell)

B. Consider approving an order to permanently close a portion of Free Nancy Avenue. (E. Campbell)

C. Consider approving a Resolution to adopt the 2027 Statesville City Council Regular Meeting Schedule. (E. Campbell)

D. Consider passing a resolution directing the City Clerk to investigate a petition of annexation AX26-14 824 Turnersburg Hwy, filed by Thomas Donton on behalf of QuikTrip Corporation for the parcel(s) located at 824 Turnersburg Hwy (Us Hwy 21), receive City Clerk’s Certificate of Sufficiency, and consider passing a resolution fixing a date of November 16, 2026, for a public hearing for the petition for annexation. E. Consider approving Budget Amendment #2027-09 to accept a Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA/JAG) Local Funding award JAGX-16PBJA-25-GG-03164 in the amount of $24,793. (Lawrence)

F. Consider approving Budget Amendment #2027-10 to accept $168,437.71 from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation for one-time law enforcement bonus payments, as authorized under Session Bill 257 (2026 Appropriations Act). (Lawrence)
