3. V26-03- 1101 4th St; A request filed by Matthew Benton on behalf of THRH LLC., for a variance from the Statesville Unified Development Code, regarding setbacks for a lot in the R 5MFM zoning district. The petitioner’s request is to reduce the setbacks to build a home on the lot.
