STAR-SPANGLED SENECA

Join us as we celebrate America's 250th Birthday with Star-Spangled Seneca, a community-wide patriotic decorating contest that showcases hometown pride and the spirit of Independence Day.

Residents and businesses throughout Seneca are invited to decorate their homes, storefronts, porches, yards, farms, and properties in red, white, and blue. Whether your display is simple or spectacular, we encourage everyone to join the fun and help make Seneca shine this Fourth of July.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Decorate your home, business, porch, yard, storefront, or property in patriotic style.

2. Submit one photo of your display by July 1.

3. Entries will be posted on the Seneca Area Chamber & Downtown Impact Facebook page on July 2.

4. Community voting will take place through Facebook reactions July 2-5.

5. The winner will be announced on July 6.

Residents are encouraged to take a drive around Seneca during Independence Day weekend to enjoy the patriotic displays before casting their vote. A list of participating locations will be shared to help families and visitors explore the community and see the decorations firsthand.

The display receiving the most Facebook reactions will be crowned the Star-Spangled Seneca Champion and earn a year of community bragging rights!
