Vendor Applications Now Open for Chamber Events

The Parsons Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting vendor applications for four exciting community events that will bring thousands of visitors to downtown Parsons throughout the year. Whether you are an artisan, crafter, antique dealer, food vendor, direct sales representative, nonprofit organization, or small business, these events offer a great opportunity to showcase your products and services while connecting with customers from across the region.

Moonlight Madness

August 21, 2026 | Downtown Parsons | 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Moonlight Madness is one of Parsons' favorite shopping events, featuring extended business hours, special promotions, food, music, games, and vendors throughout downtown. Vendor spaces are available for just $25 per 15' x 15' spot, making it an affordable opportunity to reach shoppers during this popular evening event.

1st Annual S.E.K. Antique Bazaar & Car Show

September 12, 2026 | Downtown Parsons

The inaugural S.E.K. Antique Bazaar & Car Show will feature antique dealers, collectors, vintage treasures, food trucks, and a community car show. The Antique Bazaar will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 10' x 10' vendor booths available for $50. The event is expected to attract antique enthusiasts and visitors from throughout Southeast Kansas and neighboring states.

PK Art Fest

October 3, 2026 | Downtown Parsons

The PK Art Fest celebrates creativity in all forms and is seeking artists, makers, musicians, performers, demonstrators, instructors, vendors, and buskers. This event will showcase local and regional talent while offering hands-on activities, demonstrations, and unique shopping opportunities for attendees. If you create, perform, teach, or sell handmade items, this is the event for you.

Hometown Holiday

November 2026 | Downtown Parsons

Hometown Holiday kicks off the Christmas season in Parsons with festive shopping, holiday activities, entertainment, and family-friendly fun. Vendors offering gifts, crafts, seasonal décor, specialty foods, and holiday merchandise are encouraged to participate. This event provides an excellent opportunity to connect with shoppers looking for unique holiday gifts while supporting local businesses.
