GPIP has built 6,800 acres of rail-served industrial land right outside our city limits, creating the kind of jobs and economic momentum that keep this community growing.

Just down the road, Labette Health has spent decades caring for that same community, with a 99-bed hospital and more than 30 clinics serving families across six counties. One builds the ground we stand on; the other looks after the people standing on it.
