PK Art Fest Photography Contest – Enter Now!

Calling all photographers! Whether you take photos for fun, as a hobby, or professionally, we’d love to see your work in this year’s PK Art Fest Photography Contest.

You can enter up to three original photos, which will be displayed during PK Art Fest on October 3 and at the Parsons Public Library throughout October.

Entry Details:

• Open to Southeast Kansas photographers of all skill levels

• Up to 3 photos per person

• Printed and matted photos are required, but mats, sleeves & notecards are available at Parsons Public Library

• Recommended photo size is 8"x10" with an 11"x14" mat

• Basic editing such as cropping, color correction and exposure adjustments is fine

• No watermarks, logos or identifying marks on the photos

There are four age groups: Youth (12 & under), Teen (13–17), Adult (18 & up), and Professional. First, second and third place will be awarded in each category and age group, along with a Best of Show and honorable mentions.

Entries are due to the Parsons Public Library by September 28. Be sure to include your name, contact information, photo title and an optional short description.

Winners will be announced October 3 at PK Art Fest and on social media.
