Member of the Day: Parsons Lions Club

Today’s Member of the Day is the Parsons Lions Club, a group with a long tradition of serving our community and stepping up wherever they are needed.

One of the Lions Club’s most visible projects is its Flag Project, which helps line Parsons streets with American flags for holidays and special occasions throughout the year. It’s a simple but powerful way the Lions help show community pride and patriotism, and those rows of flags are always a great sight around town.

The Lions also play an important role in many local activities, including helping the Chamber line up and direct our annual Christmas Parade. Their members give their time to projects throughout the year, quietly doing the work that helps make Parsons a better place.
