Rotary Flower Barrels Are Back — Bringing Color to Downtown Steamboat!

Spring has officially arrived in the Yampa Valley, and with it comes one of Steamboat’s most beloved traditions: the Rotary Flower Barrel Fundraiser. For more than 30 years, the Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs has filled our community with vibrant color while raising funds that go right back into supporting local nonprofits.

As the attached flyer notes, “The Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs has been supporting local nonprofits since 1974, and the Rotary flower barrel fundraiser has generated over $15k annually for 30+ years.” This long-standing effort is about more than flowers; it’s about community pride, shared spaces, and the small touches that make downtown Steamboat feel like home.

Every barrel, basket, and bloom helps brighten the walkways, storefronts, and porches we all enjoy throughout the summer.

What’s Available This Year

• Metal Barrels — $125 + tax
• Terracotta Barrels — $125 + tax
• Hanging Baskets — $65 + tax

Quantities are limited, and Rotary expects them to go quickly. Orders will be delivered on June 8, making it easy for residents and businesses to participate.
