Downtown is gearing up for a high‑energy weekend. Main Street Steamboat’s Sidewalk Sales return May 22–25, and the excitement is building with the return of the Lincoln Center Block Party.

Businesses on Lincoln Ave between 6th and 7th are teaming up again to bring music, specials, sidewalk setups, and a lively atmosphere to the block. Last year’s Block Party was one of the highlights of the weekend, and thanks to Liza Scudder at Overland, the tradition continues.

Block Parties Work

They draw people in. They keep shoppers exploring. They make downtown feel alive.

Your Block Can Join In

This year, Main Street Steamboat is inviting other downtown business “blocks” to create their own Block Party during Sidewalk Sales weekend. It doesn’t need to be complicated; just a few businesses coordinating can turn a stretch of sidewalk into a destination.

If your business wants to participate, Main Street Steamboat will help promote it as part of our Sidewalk Sales marketing throughout May.
