Meet Ronnie!
He's a charming mixed breed pup, about 5 years old and weighs 78 pounds. Ronnie is a volunteer favorite; he has the softest eyes, the wiggliest body, and a gentle spirit that lifts everyone's mood the moment they meet him. He loves giving kisses and leaning in for pets. Ronnie would make a wonderful walking companion! He's easy to harness, doesn't pull, and is a polite and curious walker. He knows “sit” and “down” and is eager to keep learning with the right family. Ronnie has done okay meeting friendly female dogs at the shelter, and we recommend a meet and greet with any dogs in the home. It is unknown how he would do with cats or children, so slow supervised introductions are recommended. Please note that Ronnie has a medical release that staff will discuss with you when you visit.
