Mindful Flow Yoga with Crescent Moon Wellness and Yoga

Join Crescent Moon Wellness and Yoga for a practice in mindful movement. This peaceful and slow flowing class emphasizes the connection between movement and breath as well as our connection to nature. People of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to join. Please bring water, a yoga mat, something to put under your mat (such as a beach mat, picnic blanket, or towel for wet grass in garden/cushion in pavilion), and a folded blanket or towel (to sit on/cover up). Minimum of 4 participants to hold the session. This 4-week session will be held rain or shine on the Rose Terrace, on the Veranda, or in the Pavilion (depending on weather). The cost is $80. Drop in opportunities will become available for $25/class once the minimum is met.
