Biennial Election of the Board of Commissioners for the Downtown Special Services District
The Downtown Manchester Special Services District (DMSSD) will hold its Biennial Board of Commissioners Election on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 8:00 AM in the Manchester Room, 41 Center Street.
The Board of Commissioners serves as the District’s executive body, overseeing day-to-day operations, establishing policy, and guiding initiatives that support the vitality and success of Downtown Manchester. Commissioners are elected to two-year terms by a majority vote of District members.

District property owners and business lessees who would like to be considered for nomination are encouraged to contact a member of the Nominating Committee before the March 11, 2026 nomination deadline.

Ballots will be issued to District members prior to the election, and votes may be cast either in advance or at the Biennial Election Meeting.
