Join us for a magical afternoon as we kick off the holiday season in downtown Lansing! Light Up Lansing is a heartwarming community celebration filled with festive fun, cozy treats, and holiday cheer for all ages. From horse-drawn wagon rides to visits with Santa, there’s something for everyone to enjoy as we come together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.

🎅 Holiday Elf Hunt
Explore Lansing to find the sneaky elves hiding in our local businesses! Match their movie themes to locations for a chance to win $100 in Downtown Dollars.
🐴 Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides – 3 PM at T.J. Hunter’s
Enjoy a nostalgic wagon ride through town. A $5–$10 suggested donation supports L.I.F.T. (Lansing Iowa Food Trust).
🍕 Family Dinner & 🎬 Movie Night – 5:30 PM at T.J. Hunter’s
Bring the family for a pizza, soup, and salad buffet ($15 adults / $8 kids), followed by “The Polar Express” on the big screen at 6 PM!
