"Atoms for Peace" Yankee Rowe Exhibit Grand Opening

Join the Rowe Historical Society at the Kemp-McCarthy Museum for the grand opening of our exhibit on the nuclear power plant, Yankee Rowe, including displays and artifacts from the plant itself.

Docents will be available from 1 – 4 pm to guide you through the inner workings of nuclear power and the impact that the plant had on the town.

For current and former employees and their families, a reunion dinner will be held at the Rowe Elementary School from 4 – 6 pm. Catering will be by Cliff's BBQ. Tickets $30. RSVP to kerrimclatchy@gmail.com.

Parking will be available across the street from the museum (be aware of the road drop off) and at the Rowe church next door. Accessible parking available at the museum.
